1. First, determine how many top and side panels you will need to complete your project. Use the floor plans to help you figure out the amount of material you will need. Write down the number of pieces of each you will need.

2. Make a jig for the hole placements and a jig for squaring your frame. A jig is not a dance; it is a pattern from which you can make consistant copies. This is an example of how I did it.
4' X 8" sheet of paneling or plywood
1. 4 pcs. of 2 X 2 X 12 are glued (then/or screwed) to the sheet for a squaring guide and as something to clamp your pieces to.

2.
Notice the specific way the corner is layed out. This allows room for you screw the pieces together.

3.
You can use this for any frames you make.
1.When making a holes jig a stopper at the end of a 2 X 2 will make marking holes easier.
2.Drill a small hole just big enough for a nail to mark the location of your holes on a frame or spacer.
3.Make sure to label the measurements of each hole to apply to the frames or spacers.
4.Hold the stopper at the same side each time to get more consistant results.
5. 2 jigs needed. 1 for tops/top spacer and 1 for sides/side spacers.

5. Terminology:
' = foot
" = inches ( if something is not marked with one of these it is in inches)
